What you will do

Position title: Program Manager & Business Analyst – SAP Next Gen

Location: Bogota, Colombia

Duration: Temporary, 6 months up to 2 years

Expected start date: January 2026

This hybrid role blends the strategic oversight of a Program Manager with the analytical rigor of a Business Analyst. You will work at the intersection of Strategy, Transformation, and Revenue Operations to support mission critical initiatives across the SAP Americas organization. The position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, cross-functional environment while contributing to high-impact projects that shape the future of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Project Management

  • Support and lead strategic, organizational, and operational initiatives across regional teams
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, manage timelines, and ensure project deliverables are met
  • Track progress, manage documentation, and support knowledge-sharing across stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Transformation and Operations, Customer Success, Finance

Business Analysis & Reporting

  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and performance tracking
  • Analyze, structure, and visualize data to identify trends and insights for an executive audience

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Communicate effectively with global teams and senior leadership
  • Gather feedback, align stakeholders, and ensure transparency in project execution
  • Support internal communications through SharePoint and Microsoft Teams

What You Bring

Education and Experience:

  • Must be a recent graduate of a bachelor's degree
  • Preferably a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
  • Prior experience or coursework in project management, business operations, finance, or marketing

Requirements and Competencies:

  • Clear and professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP SAC Power BI, SQL, or Python is a plus
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong initiative, curiosity, and a passion for continuous learning
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative spirit and a drive to contribute to team success
