About the Position

As a Vertical Video Editor on our team, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare through engaging, high-performing social content. You'll craft and edit authentic videos for paid social channels, bringing creative ideas to life across TikTok, Meta, and other platforms where their brand connects with audiences.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll combine storytelling and technical expertise, editing together compelling footage that feels native to each platform. You'll work with everything from iPhone clips to polished video and motion graphics, using your creativity to make healthcare feel human and relatable. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with executional excellence, pairing a sharp editorial eye with a social-first, creator-driven mindset.

What you'll do

Conversion-Focused Content

Edit platform-native paid social creative (video, UGC) that drives engagement and measurable results (CTR, CVR, CAC).

UGC Expertise

Lead the creation of trend-driven UGC-style ads and short-form video. Make sure every piece feels authentic, fresh, and aligned with Ros brand.

Motion graphics

Bring stories to life through motion graphics and tailored animations in After Effects (titles, lower thirds, end cards), working hand-in-hand with creative partners to translate ideas into clear, visually compelling design solutions.

Trend Spotting + Adaptation

Stay ahead of social and cultural trends, quickly translating them into engaging content. Be ready to test new formats, experiment with lo-fi approaches, and adapt to whats working in real time.

Data-Driven Iteration

Generate and test a high volume of ad concepts, using performance insights to refine creative approaches and develop new hypotheses.

Streamlined Production

Operate with speed and intention, ensuring projects reach a near-finished stage early on to limit back-and-forth and keep momentum strong.

About You:

  • A strong portfolio (portfolio site, social account, or drive link) showcasing direct-response creative, especially UGC-style video, social-first campaigns, and trend-driven work.  
  • Hands-on experience editing content (Premiere, After Effects, or similar) with proven ability to adapt storytelling to different platforms. 
  • Familiarity with paid social performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC) and experience optimizing creative for results.  
  • A sharp sense for what feels authentic and performs well across TikTok, Meta, and other social channels.  
  • Comfortable switching between high-fidelity video and scrappy, quick-turn video/UGC content edits. 
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in content creation, video production, or social-first design.
