Remote and Talent is looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join an international marketing team within the marketing and advertising industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest, with the goal of increasing brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions. You will work closely with content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives aligned with business objectives, while ensuring efficient budget management and strong ROI.

We are looking for a senior-level profile with at least 5 years of experience managing paid social campaigns, a strong performance-driven and analytical mindset, and the ability to make data-backed decisions. This is a full-time, fully remote contractor position, open to candidates based in Panama, Colombia, Ecuador, or Mexico.

WHAT WILL THE CANDIDATE DO IN THIS JOB?

  • Develop and implement paid social media strategies to increase brand visibility and achieve marketing targets.
  • Manage the creation, execution, and optimization of ad campaigns across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify high-performing ads and strategies.
  • Manage budgets and forecast spending to ensure maximum ROI on paid social campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing to continually improve campaign performance.
  • Report on campaign results to senior management, highlighting successes, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with other marketing team members to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing strategy.

WHAT SHOULD THE CANDIDATE HAVE TO BE A BETTER FIT FOR THIS POSITION?

  • Proven experience managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in ad targeting and segmentation techniques.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights for campaign optimization.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Preferred: Certifications in Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, or similar.
