Business Development Coordinator (Operations + Automation)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly proactive Business Development Coordinator with strong analytical and automation skills to improve the efficiency, speed, and reliability of dealership operations. This is not an administrative role. We need a creator, not an order taker.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement operational improvements across funding, titles, CRM hygiene, and inventory processes.
- Build automations that reduce manual work (reports, reminders, dashboards, trackers).
- Take ownership of daily and weekly operational follow-up.
- Identify execution gaps and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Improve KPIs such as time-to-fund, time-to-list, and aging reduction.
- Reduce the operational workload of senior leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in operations, process improvement, or business systems.
- Ability to build automations using tools like Zapier, Excel/Sheets, CRM workflows, or other platforms.
- Highly proactive, self-directed, and solution-oriented.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and accountability.
