Bogotá DC Metropolitan Area, Colombia Nokia A tiempo completo

Job Description
As a Technical Project Manager (TPM), you will play a key role in driving and coordinating end-to-end technical project delivery, from solution design and architecture to deployment and customer transition.

This role calls for a strong combination of technical acumen, delivery governance, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills to drive successful outcomes across multiple functional workstreams. While it does not involve direct product development responsibilities, it requires a solid technical foundation to effectively manage and deliver complex projects.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Drive and manage the complete project lifecycle; initiation, planning, execution, validation, and handover, ensuring timelines, quality, and deliverables are met.
  • Define comprehensive execution plans with entry/exit criteria, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies; maintain transparency through structured tracking and stakeholder reporting.
  • Ensure DevOps enablement (Git/Gerrit, Jenkins, SonarQube, Jira, SharePoint) is in place before project onboarding.
  • Work with Solution Architects to drive the timely creation of HLD/LLD; facilitate design discussions, ensuring Dev and QA teams fully understand scope and requirements.
  • Partner with Dev and QA Leads to track coding practices, code reviews, builds, unit tests, automation coverage, and maintain RTM; ensure secure, high-quality, and timely releases.
  • Plan and manage environment-wise deployments, validate readiness, establish rollback procedures, and coordinate seamless handover with documentation and sign-offs.
  • Act as the single point of contact for project communications; publish dashboards and reports; manage internal resources; proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues across all stages.

Key Skills And Experience
You-Have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline with 10+ years of overall experience, including at least 4 years in technical project, program, or delivery management roles.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-vendor, and globally distributed technical projects with strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Practical Experience in the Telecom OSS domain (Service Orchestration, Fulfillment, Fault/Performance Management) or Cybersecurity products (Identity and Access Management, Endpoint Detection and Response, Audit Compliance Management).

Nice-to-Have

  • Proficiency with project management and DevOps tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Git/Gerrit, Jenkins, SonarQube, X-Ray, and SharePoint, along with familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or equivalent are preferred; exposure to Nokia DO, Security, or Analytics product suites is an advantage.
