KEY FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Expert in Building creative relationships with the agency and client, becoming a trusted partner on digitally focused opportunities and projects.
- Oversee projects from offline to online delivery for various production types and deliverables, ensuring quality control.
- Work with project team and Craft Leads to translate project vision into requirements and solution design.
- Aid in developing and organizing support materials for production team and client meetings.
- Interact with other departments to meet agency and client needs.
- Manage delivery of final assets to trafficking partners.
- Analyze and ensure best practices.
- Identify and eliminate obstacles threatening project viability within the organization.
- Relay timely updates to managers, client contacts, and impacted team members.
- Allocate and organize internal resources for successful project completion.
- Track Digital Studio resources based on availability and skill sets.
- Lead weekly account team status meetings and participate in daily status meetings with other teams to assess resource availability.
- Handle bidding, scheduling, and billing of projects.
- Assist with production support, research, organization, and reporting.
- Experience in Bridge the gap between creative and production/technology as the primary interface with other creative agency teams, content partners, as well as our digital team (PM, Creative Technology Leads, and Offshore Production)
- Proficient in Working closely with agency teams to understand creative vision and business goals for all work and then translate that vision to our production teams and ensure it is achieved.
- Proficient with Introducing new and innovative technologies and ideas to help elevate the digital creative work (motion graphics, CG, AR, websites, and banners, primarily) and our process and workflow.
- Demonstrate value to agency and client teams daily, helping to merchandise our work and regularly sharing wins, best practices, and new opportunities.
- Experience with the Support PM team to manage workload, projects, and processes.
- Expert in leading meetings and interfacing with brand/agency leaders as required– from planning to briefing through delivery.
MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Expert in Prioritizing and communicating daily/weekly work requests and assigning appropriate Studio resources based on project scopes for dynamic creative, site builds, apps, OLA, business decks, etc.
- Expert in Tracking Digital Studio resources (including offshore) based on availability and skill sets.
- Proficient in Leading weekly account team status meetings to review projects and participating in daily status meetings with other Digital Studio teams to assess cross-office resource availability (on and offshore)
- Experience in Overseeing the production workflow process and solving conflicts as they arise.
- Proficient in Supporting internal teams and partners in delivering solutions, insights, and recommendations.
- Experiences in Developing direct reports through thoughtful, timely performance reviews and development plans.
- Proficient in Reviewing the team's work and providing directions to elevate the quality of our work and ensure deliverables match the original request.
- Proficient with evolving the creative practice and bringing in outside inspiration whenever possible.
- Expert in Managing your time efficiently to balance multiple simultaneous projects.
- Review new business opportunities and work with the execution team to analyze the requirements and issue estimations.
- Proficient in Managing all aspects of projects, including estimation and planning, kickoff, scheduling, cost control and budget management, resource allocation, and review of deliverables for each of the corresponding phases during the development cycle.
- Experienced in believing in creating the best product possible for the agency and promoting this mindset to the team.
GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS /KNOWLEDGE:
- Post-Degree/Masters in Digital Marketing / Operations / Project Management
- Solid understanding of how dynamic creative (e.g. OLA, OLV, CRM, sites) works, its pros and cons.
- Strong collaboration, flexibility, and ability to operate effectively – even in ambiguous circumstances.
- Ability to accurately assess team/resource availability and match skill sets for projects.
- Skill in breaking down larger efforts into digestible tasks for other team members.
- Listening, meditating, and issue-resolution skills.
- Senior client-facing skills (relationship management, deep technology/digital production knowledge) are integral to the position.
- Proficient in helping fill the communication gap, especially between the agency and onshore teams, to ensure it is effective.
- Provides consistent and valuable communication throughout each team, working closely with the agency to maintain an active role during the development cycle.
- Capable of creating relationships with the agency and client, becoming a trusted partner on digitally focused opportunities and projects.
- Assist clients and the team in ensuring that the requirements are feasible and that a reasonable timeline of actionable events is laid out before.
- Provides mentoring and coaching to team in terms of accountability, raising flags and other soft skills improvement areas or support with corrective actions.
- Certify in Agile Methodologys as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Safe
MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS
- Solid digital production and creative technology expertise (preferably at a creative/digital agency).
- Well-versed in all aspects of digital production, with a passion for keeping ahead of emerging technologies to help us innovate our work and process.
- Deep experience managing cross-discipline people in the production industry and demonstrated skills in managing and growing a cross-discipline team.
- Strong understanding of business and technical processes to enable smart technology solutions.
- Demonstrate leadership, confidence, and a positive attitude at all times.
- Willingness to travel as needed – you're open to new places, new faces, and new ideas.
