Virtual Assistant — Reborn Marketing

About Reborn Marketing:

Reborn Marketing is a fast-growing creative and marketing agency helping businesses in Canada and the U.S. build strong brands through design, digital marketing, and sales systems. We're expanding our operations and looking for a proactive 
Virtual Assistant
 to work directly with our 
Director of Operations
 and assist in managing daily tasks and communications.

 
Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Operations with administrative and marketing-related tasks
  • Write and prepare client proposals and service documents
  • Draft and organize professional emails for client and internal communications
  • Support client relationship management (follow-ups, updates, reminders, etc.)
  • Help coordinate ongoing marketing projects and ensure timely execution
  • Organize documents, schedules, and reports
  • Conduct basic research for marketing strategies or client industries

 
Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication (English & Spanish required, French is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic marketing knowledge (social media, email marketing, CRM, etc.)
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Notion, or CRM software (GoHighLevel or HubSpot is a bonus)
  • Professional attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn
