Job Type: Full-time | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (EST)

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Email Campaign Assistant to join our remote marketing team. In this role, you'll support the setup and execution of bulk email campaigns, manage mailing lists, assist with automation, and monitor performance metrics.

You'll work closely with the Email Campaign Manager to ensure smooth delivery, accurate data, and professional communications that align with our brand. This position is ideal for someone organized, tech-savvy, and eager to grow in digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with creating, scheduling, and sending email campaigns.
  • Maintain and segment mailing lists for accuracy and compliance.
  • Help format email templates and proofread copy.
  • Monitor deliverability, track metrics, and compile reports.
  • Support inbox management and campaign automation setup.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience with email campaigns or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Constant Contact.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good written communication; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
