Role Description

This is a contract, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Barranquilla. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key tasks include responding to calls and messages, managing customer accounts, and facilitating seamless communication and problem resolution to provide positive customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Ability to enhance Customer Experience and maintain high-quality service standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English and Spanish to support bilingual communication
  • Previous experience in customer service roles in a professional setting is preferred

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, two days off. Sundays off

  • 40- 42 hour weekly
  • 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm
  • Full Time Availability
