Salesforce Technical Consultant
 
Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Managing Salesforce integrations
  • Supply Chain Planning and Data Integration.
  • Design, implement, and optimize Supply Chain Planning (SCP) solutions.
  • Develop SQL-based queries and scripts to manage, analyze, and transform large datasets.
  • Lead ETL processes (preferably using Talend) to integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring seamless connectivity between ERP, SCP, and analytics platforms.
  • Configure and customize demand planning, supply planning, and distribution planning modules to align with business needs.
  • Optimize inventory planning and supply constraints to improve service levels and reduce costs.
  • Gather and analyze client requirements to propose data-driven supply chain solutions.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to design functional workflows and configurations.
  • Conduct UAT testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure smooth implementations.
  • Develop business process documentation, training materials, and functional design documents.
  • Work closely with clients, business leaders, and IT teams to drive successful implementations.
  • Conduct workshops, end-user training, and knowledge transfer sessions.

     
    Requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL and ETL processes (preferably Talend).
  • Expertise in data integration, transformation, and analytics, with experience in Power BI, Snowflake, or other data platforms.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and cloud-based SCP solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • MBA or Engineering degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or IT.
  • Experience in industries such as Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, or E-commerce.
