BPM Senior Specialist Consultant (Business Process Modernization)

Objective:

Meet project requirements, ensure continuity in operations, and maintain the quality of deliverables. Knowledge in applications and automation development preferably in Microsoft environments.

Education Level:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or a related field
  • Masters degree in Computer Science or related

English Level:
Advanced

Years of Experience
: 5+ Years

Location:
Bogotá, Colombia

Technical Skills:

  • Python intermediate or above
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, and HTML
  • SQL and NoSQL
  • Familiarity with architectural frameworks like TOGAF, cloud platforms like Azure, and system assessment techniques
  • Understanding of APIs, microservices, middleware, and security measures ensures robust and secure application development.
  • Agile Development framework

It is a PLUS if you have:

  • Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect (PL-600) (PL-200 and PL-400 pre req)
  • Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer Associate (PL-500), active
  • Scrum master certification

Specific Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of project management and risk assessment to help in planning and improving system performance.
  • Basic knowledge in BPM, process mapping and process simulation.
  • Ability to understand problems and create solutions using technology.

Main Responsabilities:

Low-Code Development & Documentation:

  • Design and develop low code applications in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages
  • Gather and write technical requirements and write technical documentation
  • Plan and execute user acceptance test
  • Pack and ship application to production

Technical Leadership & Quality Assurance

  • Lead technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality solutions
  • Provide subject matter expertise to client and to internal teams.
  • Complies with standards for change control and incident reporting
  • Responsible of the overall solutions quality

Technology Strategy & Compliance:

  • Conduct technology benchmarking and industry analysis to explore new technical possibilities.
