Mobile Full Stack Tech Lead, you will blend hands-on development with strong architectural leadershipguiding engineering squads, shaping scalable systems, and driving technical excellence across the platform. This role is ideal for someone who loves solving complex problems, mentoring others, and delivering high-impact solutions. What Youll Do

  • Lead technical direction and architecture across multiple squads while remaining 60% hands-on with React Native, NestJS, and

  • Translate complex agronomic and business workflows into scalable, maintainable, high-performance systems.

  • Mentor engineers on system design, NoSQL data modeling, integration patterns, and testing best practices.

  • Collaborate with Product, QA, Design, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and deliver high-quality features.

  • Define and coordinate shared schemas, APIs, and integration contracts across internal and external services.

  • Break down early-stage feature discovery into clear and scalable technical tasks.

  • Drive platform robustness through strong architectural decisions, efficient data structures, and seamless cross-service integrations.

Requirements

  • Great English proficiency (B2+ written and spoken).

  • 7+ years of experience as a Fullstack Tech Lead with a strong focus on mobile development.

  • Impeccable punctualityschedules are flexible, but being on time for meetings is essential.

  • Strong leadership in software architecture with deep expertise in TypeScript, , React, and React Native.

  • Advanced NoSQL modeling experiencepreferably with AWS DocumentDB (hierarchical structures, large datasets, multi-tenant models, RBAC/ABAC).

  • Proven ability to optimize performance with indexing and well-designed data structures.

  • Expertise designing and integrating complex systems using synchronous/asynchronous APIs, microservices, BFFs, domain services, and event/queue-driven architectures.

  • Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, and DevOps best practices.

  • Solid testing background and collaboration with QA teams using Jest (unit/integration) and Cypress/Playwright (E2E).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures.

  • Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS and authorization models (RBAC/ABAC).

  • Exposure to event-driven or real-time systems.

  • Interest in agriculture, sustainability, or environmental tech.
