Como parte del equipo de Inside Sales Support en Silogística - Operador Logístico 3pl, estarás a cargo de brindar apoyo a las actividades de ventas internas, enfocado en mantener e incrementar la satisfacción del cliente. Tus responsabilidades diarias incluirán gestionar consultas de clientes, coordinar operaciones de ventas y colaborar con diferentes equipos para garantizar una comunicación clara y eficiente. Este es un puesto de tiempo completo, presencial, localizado en Mosquera.
Requisitos
- Experiencia en Inside Sales y operaciones de ventas, con un enfoque en procesos efectivos y resultados óptimos.
- Aptitudes para la atención al cliente y la satisfacción del cliente, mostrando un enfoque orientado al servicio y a la resolución de problemas.
- Habilidades destacadas en servicio al cliente y comunicación, tanto escrita como oral, para interactuar de forma eficaz con los clientes y el equipo interno.
- Capacidad para colaborar en equipo, gestión eficiente del tiempo y actitud proactiva serán cualidades altamente valoradas.
