Digital Advertising Sales Manager
with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop commercial teams specialized in
B2B technology and digital advertising sales
.

This role is key to driving team performance, optimizing commercial KPIs, and ensuring an
exceptional customer experience
, combining
operational leadership, data-driven decision-making, and a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
.

What are we looking for?

  • Solid knowledge of
    digital advertising solutions
    , such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads (general knowledge of SEO is a plus).
  • Experience leading sales teams (preferably in
    technology, digital advertising, or BPO environments
    ).
  • Advanced English level (B2+/C1)
    to collaborate with global teams and clients.
  • Availability to work
    on-site in Bogotá – Connecta
    .
