We're searching for a highly responsible, entrepreneurial General Manager to build and run our short-term rental / Airbnb business in Cartagena.
You should bring strong experience in property management, operations and client service — ideally within tourism or hospitality — and the mindset to treat this like your own business, not "just a job".

What You'll Be Responsible For
Full operational management of our apartments and properties listed on Airbnb and other platforms.
Managing day-to-day operations in Cartagena and coordinating global projects in collaboration with EVINTRA, including direct support for our CEO.
Ensuring exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction to maintain Superhost status, 5-star ratings and top performance.
Leading and coordinating the operational team (cleaning, maintenance, check-in/out, etc.) as well as supporting basic marketing activities.
Tracking finances: controlling income and expenses, ensuring timely invoicing, reporting and basic P&L overview at the end of each month.
Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities (transfers, tours, services, longer stays, etc.) to increase revenue per booking.
Driving business development: acquiring new property owners, improving occupancy and ADR, and constantly optimizing performance.
Managing and updating all listing channels (Airbnb, Booking, etc.) and implementing revenue-maximizing strategies.
Acting as the central figure in the business — the person we trust to keep operations running, solve problems fast, and deliver results.
What You Bring
Proven experience in short-term rental management, Airbnb operations or hotel/apartment operations.
Hands-on experience in guest communication, problem solving and team coordination.
Solid understanding of platforms like Airbnb, Booking, Expedia, etc. (channel manager / PMS experience is a plus).
A real entrepreneurial spirit – ownership mindset, proactive, solution-oriented and comfortable taking responsibility.
Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must; Spanish and/or other languages are a strong plus.
Highly organized, reliable and responsive — available for urgent matters when needed (flexible hours, not fixed shifts).
Comfortable working with Office tools and basic digital tools; experience with CRM or basic accounting is a big plus.
Based full-time in Cartagena or willing to relocate and be physically present. This is not a remote-only role.
