What We Are Looking For

We are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated
HRBP
to enhance our HR initiatives in Colombia and Canada, Talent Development, Onboarding and Employee, HR Policies, HR Systems, Data, and Reporting, and Employer Branding Programs.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of end-to-end HR processes, including strategic planning, talent acquisition, employer branding, talent development, employee relations, and HR program management.
  • Develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with the corporation's mission and values, and foster a culture of collaboration aligned with the Americas group.
  • Ensure compliance with Canada and USA labor laws and regulations while driving HR excellence.
  • Oversee talent development programs, including performance management, training, career development initiatives, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee engagement and development.
  • Ensure the employee experience during all their life cycle, including acquisition, onboarding, retention, and offboarding.
  • Develop and update HR policies and programs, including health, safety, wellness, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Generate insightful reports to support data-driven decision-making.

We're Looking for

  • BS/MS degree or a related subject.
  • 3 years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience.
  • Self-management skills, proactiveness in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members, and working as a team player.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing focuses.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner.
  • Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement.
