Overview:

We are looking for experienced
Prisma Access Consultants

with strong
GlobalProtect

expertise to support our partners at Palo Alto Networks. This role involves working remotely with a global-scale team, delivering expert-level implementation, operations, and design support to both internal teams and end customers. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in
English and Spanish

.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver hands-on Prisma Access implementation and operational support.
  • Provide design expertise for Prisma Access deployments.
  • Handle GlobalProtect setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Deploy and manage Prisma Access Internet Access and Private Access.
  • Onboard users and implement agents across various environments.
  • Collaborate closely with support teams for issue remediation.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices based on the latest Prisma Access SASE updates.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment and communicate with customers professionally.

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong, hands-on experience with Prisma Access (implementation, operations).
  • Good understanding of Prisma Access design architecture.
  • Proven experience with GlobalProtect.
  • Knowledgeable about the latest Prisma Access SASE platform updates.
  • Hands-on experience in:
  • Internet Access and Private Access deployments
  • Agent deployment and user onboarding
  • Experience working with support teams for troubleshooting and remediation.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Professional English and Spanish-speaking capability is
    a must

.
