Location: On-site position in Bogotá

Shift: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst with a background in financial analysis and revenue accounting. This role supports finance and accounting functions, including company reporting, performance measurement, month-end close of revenue systems, financial analysis, strategic planning, data modeling, and ad-hoc projects. The successful candidate will provide meaningful financial and operational metrics for data-driven business decisions.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Oversee revenue month-end accounting close processes.
  • Create and enter monthly revenue journal entries and perform revenue analytics.
  • Analyze revenue performance information to identify trends and provide insights.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize data management and reporting systems.
  • Ensure proper GAAP presentation of revenue (ASC 606) and assist with audits.
  • Partner with the financial planning and analysis team on budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
  • Assist with financial analysis for acquisitions, divestitures, and new service lines/products.
  • Prepare presentation materials and handle confidential business information.
  • Perform ad-hoc finance and accounting projects as required.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Experience in revenue accounting; healthcare experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of related work experience, preferably with investor-owned, multi-state, multi-service line businesses.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP (ASC 606) preferred.
  • Experience with Great Plains and other accounting/reporting systems preferred.
  • CPA or active CPA candidate preferred.
  • Adaptive Insights experience is a plus.
