PROJECT OVERVIEW

Our client is developing and maintaining a next-generation platform for both customers and internal users in the Logistics and Transportation Industry. The application operates in the logistics domain, helping customers find the right vendors for logistics purposes. The platform supports shipment management, payments, and invoicing.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring-based frameworks;
  • Build and enhance scalable, reliable services and APIs;
  • Work with relational databases to design schemas, write efficient queries, and optimize performance;
  • Deploy, monitor, and support applications running in AWS environments;
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth release processes;
  • Monitor application health and troubleshoot production issues;
  • Contribute to best engineering practices.
IF YOU ARE
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • Strong experience with Java (preferably Java 11 or higher);
  • Solid hands-on experience with Spring Boot / Spring Framework;
  • Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL;
  • Practical experience with AWS services, including: EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.;
  • Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines;
  • Familiarity with Datadog for monitoring and observability;
  • Experience using OpenSearch (Search and logging).
NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes);
  • Experience with any BPM (Business Process Management) tools.
