We are seeking a
QA Team Lead
to establish and scale our quality assurance function. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully built QA teams and processes from the ground up, and who thrives in dynamic, digital product environments. You will define and implement a robust QA strategy across both manual and automated testing, ensuring the quality of our websites, applications, and marketing technology products.
This leader will also leverage modern QA tools—including AI-assisted testing—while maintaining high technical standards and collaborating closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and Lead the QA Function
: Establish a high-performing QA team, defining structure, responsibilities, and career development paths. - Define QA Strategy
: Design and execute a comprehensive QA framework covering manual, automated, and AI-assisted testing throughout the product lifecycle to reduce rework and delays. - Design & Implement Testing Processes
: Create scalable processes for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across high volume of websites, booking engines and digital products while maintaining consistent quality. - Leverage Automation
: Introduce and manage automation frameworks and tools that improve test coverage and efficiency. - Technical Review
: Review software code and provide recommendations to engineering teams for quality improvements and adherence to standards. - AI-Driven Quality
: Explore and implement AI-based tools for test generation, bug detection, and efficiency gains. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Partner with product, engineering, and marketing stakeholders to align QA with business goals, especially for marketing technology platforms. - Continuous Improvement
: Monitor, analyze, and improve QA practices to drive speed, reliability, and scalability. - Metrics & Reporting
: Define and report on key quality metrics to leadership, providing transparency into product health.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- 10+ years
of experience in QA and 5+ years of managerial and team leadership experience - Proven experience
building QA teams and frameworks
from scratch. - Experience leading QA for high-volume,
fast-turnaround digital products - Strong background in both
manual and automated testing practices
. - Strong knowledge of CMS platforms
- Proficiency with QA automation frameworks
(e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar). - Experience applying
AI in QA
workflows is a strong plus. - Ability to review and understand
software code
(HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or similar) and make informed recommendations. - Familiarity with marketing technology products (e.g., CMS, personalization platforms, analytics tools, or CRM integrations).
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence engineering and product roadmaps through quality insights.
- Preferred experience in marketing technology for the hospitality industry (website, CRM, booking engine and/or other hospitality tech).
