Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager, located in Santa Rosa de Cabal. The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing staff, overseeing food and beverage services, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring efficient operation of the restaurant. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for hiring and training new employees, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a high level of service.
Qualifications
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Experience in Hiring and training new employees
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and resolve conflicts
- Experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field is beneficial
