We are looking for a highly motivated
BI Analyst
to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI reports and dashboards, conducting business analysis, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Dashboard & report development
– Design, maintain, and optimize dashboards and customized reports demostrating expertise in Excel and BI tools such as
Power BI
. - Business analysis
– Regularly produce and deliver business analysis reports to support operational and strategic decision-making. - Cross-department collaboration
– Work closely with various departments, providing quantitative analysis and decision-making support. - Incentive policy analysis
– Understand, calculate, and track the company's incentive policies to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of labour experience in data analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong
English communication skills
(written and spoken B2 LEVEL). - Proven experience with Excel and
Power BI
or similar BI tools. - Solid analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of incentive or compensation policy analysis.
