Quality Control Coordinator – ISO 9001 (Temporary)

Position Summary:

Ensure the implementation, create the maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System under ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards, supporting compliance and operational excellence in manufacturing processes.

Location: Colombia Plant

Reports to: Quality Control Manager

Job Status:

• Temporary
• Salaried/Hourly (depending on company preference)

Role Responsibilities:

• Documentation Management:

• Accurately transfer and record Manufacturing, Supply Chain (SCH) data from manufacturing processes onto formatted

• Maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality control procedures.
• Archive all documents for the required duration, ensuring proper record-keeping for audits and regulatory purposes.
• Support the preparation and review of documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory submissions.

• Quality Control Support:

• Ensure the implementation and certification of ISO 9001system

• Work closely with various plant departments to develop, implement and maintain ISO 9000 quality procedures
• Implement and create plan to maintain ISO 9000 system management documentation and databases
• Manage the master list of documents
• Administer internal audit program
• Administer management reviews
• Initiate preventive action where needed
• Provide training and interpretation of the ISO 9000 standard (Plus ISO 14001, 45001)
• Review standard operating procedures submitted for registration
• Identify non-compliant findings and recommend corrective actions or

improvement plans to address quality issues.

• Records and manufacturing, SCH control data in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure continuous improvement in

quality processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure that all documents and production processes comply with relevant

• regulatory standards, including pesticide regulations and formulation sciences.

• Data Management:

• Ensure that all manufacturing, SCH data is accurately entered and maintained in relevant

• systems, including manufacturing, SCH databases.
• Assist with compiling quality reports and presenting data to the Plant and QC Manager for analysis and decision-making.

Education / Skills / Abilities:

• Education:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, chemistry, processes, administrative Engineering or a related field, or

• Associate degree in Chemistry, business with 2 years of relevant experience, or 3-5 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing.
• One to three years industry experience, preferably in a quality environment
• Thorough knowledge of the ISO 9000 standard. Plus (ISO 14001, 45000)
• Proficient in operation of personal computers using standard office software
• Knowledge of auditing techniques
• ISO 9001 certification (internal or lead auditor)

• Knowledge of PPAP, statistical control, continuous improvement

• Skills / Abilities:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both

internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Basic understanding of pesticide chemistries, formulation sciences, and/or

manufacturing procedures.

• Proficiency in data entry, record-keeping, and basic computer applications,
• including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Expectations / Working Conditions:

• Willingness to handle pesticide materials following all safety guidelines.
• Ability to travel up to 30% to various manufacturing and production sites, if required.
• Must be able to work in a plant and office environment, with periods of standing,

sitting, and data entry.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
