El
Product Owner
será responsable de definir y priorizar las funcionalidades del producto, asegurando que el equipo de desarrollo cree soluciones que alineen con las necesidades del negocio y los usuarios. Actuará como el principal enlace entre las partes interesadas (stakeholders) y el equipo de desarrollo.

Responsabilidades:

  • Crear, gestionar y priorizar el backlog de producto, asegurando que las historias de usuario sean claras y comprensibles.
  • Garantizar que los elementos del backlog estén alineados con los objetivos estratégicos del negocio y las necesidades del cliente.
  • Colaborar con los stakeholders para recoger requisitos de negocio y traduciéndolos en historias de usuario detalladas.
  • Priorizar las funcionalidades y tareas a desarrollar según el valor de negocio y el impacto para el cliente, siempre tomando en cuenta los plazos y recursos.
  • Evaluar constantemente el progreso y ajustar las prioridades conforme evoluciona el proyecto o cambian las condiciones del mercado.
  • Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo de desarrollo para garantizar que se entiendan los requisitos y las prioridades del producto.
  • Participar en las reuniones de planificación de sprints y en las revisiones para asegurarse de que el equipo entregue las funcionalidades correctas.
  • Negociar plazos, entregables y compromisos entre las diferentes áreas de la organización.
  • Supervisar el desempeño del producto y medir la satisfacción de los usuarios mediante análisis de datos y métricas clave (KPIs).
  • Proponer ajustes y mejoras en función de la retroalimentación recibida y los resultados obtenidos.
  • Asegurar que la visión del producto esté claramente definida y comunicada, alineada con las metas y estrategias de la empresa.

Requisitos:

  • Título universitario en áreas relacionadas como Ingeniería en Sistemas o afines.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia como Product Owner, Product Manager, o en un rol similar dentro de equipos ágiles.
  • Experiencia en la gestión de productos tecnológicos y digitales.
  • Conocimiento en metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Habilidad para escribir y gestionar historias de usuario y epics.
  • Capacidad de utilizar herramientas de gestión de proyectos como JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.
  • Conocimiento en diseño de experiencia de usuario (UX) y metodologías centradas en el usuario.
  • Conocimientos de análisis de datos y métricas de producto.
  • Experiencia en el trabajo con herramientas de análisis de producto como Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.

La posición es completamente PRESENCIAL. La persona seleccionada deberá residir en El Salvador (Centroamérica) por un período mínimo de un año. Esta condición no es negociable.
