Este rol es crucial para garantizar que nuestras operaciones cumplan con las normativas internacionales y locales, mientras mantenemos la confianza de nuestros clientes en nuestras soluciones de pago. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en la gestión de riesgos y cumplimiento en el ámbito blockchain o financiero, con habilidades para evaluar y mitigar riesgos potenciales de nuestros productos, asegurando que nuestras prácticas operativas estén alineadas con los estándares legales y regulatorios. Tareas
  • Desarrollar y supervisar políticas y procedimientos de gestión de riesgos para garantizar el cumplimiento normativo en todas las transacciones transfronterizas.
  • Realizar evaluaciones periódicas de riesgos para identificar posibles amenazas y vulnerabilidades en los procesos de transferencia de dinero y proponer medidas correctivas.
  • Colaborar con equipos internos para asegurar que las operaciones cumplan con las regulaciones internacionales y las leyes locales de cada país en el que operamos.
  • Liderar investigaciones internas sobre incidentes de incumplimiento y coordinar con autoridades regulatorias cuando sea necesario.
  • Formar y educar al personal sobre prácticas de cumplimiento y gestión de riesgos, fomentando una cultura organizacional de integridad y responsabilidad.
Requisitos
  • Licenciatura en Finanzas, Derecho, Negocios o un campo relacionado.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en gestión de riesgos y cumplimiento en el sector fintech en roles de liderazgo.
  • Conocimiento profundo de las regulaciones internacionales de transferencia de dinero y cumplimiento normativo.
  • Excelentes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para identificar y mitigar riesgos de manera efectiva.
  • Competencia en el uso de herramientas tecnológicas y plataformas de software relevantes para la gestión de riesgos y cumplimiento.
