What You'll Do

• Architect and scale AWS infrastructure to support AI-first applications.
• Build CI/CD pipelines where AI agents and human engineers collaborate to deliver faster, safer releases.
• Design and automate MLOps workflows—from training to deployment—integrated directly into production systems.
• Manage container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred), enhanced by AI-powered scheduling and optimization.
• Define infrastructure-as-code frameworks that adapt dynamically, not just declaratively.
• Monitor system performance and availability using modern observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch)
• Collaborate with engineering teams to set up staging environments, automate tests, and manage secrets and access control
• Drive reliability and incident response practices (alerts, runbooks, root cause analysis, etc.)

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in DevOps, Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering—you know how to ship and scale.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS core services (EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
• Experience designing and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or similar tools.
• Hands-on understanding of MLOps workflows and model lifecycle management.
• Mastery of IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience managing containerized applications at scale with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in scripting/automation (Bash, Python, etc.).
• Familiarity with security best practices (e.g., least-privilege IAM roles, secret rotation, encryption in transit/at rest)

Bonus Points

• Experience with AWS SageMaker or Bedrock.
• Applied knowledge of agentic AI for infrastructure automation.
• Built AI-driven observability or self-healing systems.
• Published tooling, open-source contributions, or infrastructure frameworks.
