(Interés Nacional), certificaciones laborales (
PERM

Tus Desafíos y Responsabilidades Clave

  • Gestión Integral de Casos:
    Realizar el seguimiento exhaustivo de casos migratorios utilizando la plataforma
    Docketwise
    .
  • Soporte Estratégico:
    Apoyar al equipo comercial en la validación y documentación de la elegibilidad de nuevos clientes.
  • Coordinación de Flujos:
    Coordinar eficientemente los flujos de trabajo y mantener un control riguroso de todos los procesos migratorios.
  • Cumplimiento Legal:
    Revisar formularios, evidencias y asegurar el estricto cumplimiento ante USCIS (Servicios de Ciudadanía e Inmigración de EE.UU.).
  • Generación de Contenido:
    Grabación y apoyo en la creación de contenido audiovisual
    para redes sociales, con el fin de informar a nuestra audiencia sobre temas migratorios (EE. UU.).


Lo que Buscamos en Ti

  • Experiencia:
    3+ años de experiencia comprobada en derecho migratorio de EE.UU.
    , incluyendo:
  • Visa EB2-NIW y PERM.
  • Peticiones familiares y VAWA.
  • Trámite de Asilos en EE. UU.
  • Manejo de Herramientas:
    Dominio avanzado de
    Docketwise
    y herramientas de Project Management.
  • Idiomas:
    Nivel de
    Inglés intermedio-avanzado
    (indispensable para la revisión de documentación).
  • Habilidades:
    Perfil
    proactivo, colaborativo
    y fuertemente
    orientado a resultados
    .
