Your role

As a Dedicated Security Manager (DSM) specializing in Cisco security solutions, you will be a key technical advisor to our clients, providing expert guidance and support for their security infrastructure. You will work closely with client teams to implement, optimize, and maintain their Cisco security environments, ensuring robust protection against evolving threats.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Delivering comprehensive jumpstart services and implementation assistance for Cisco security products including ASA Firewalls, NGFW, Firepower, and AMP
• Providing proactive product assistance and best practice consultation to optimize client security environments
• Assisting with deployment readiness, planning, and change management to ensure smooth implementation of security solutions
• Conducting solution audits, health checks, and tune-ups to maintain optimal security posture
• Managing incidents and providing escalation support to resolve critical security issues
• Developing and delivering customized training programs on Cisco security features and advancements

Your profile

• Strong expertise in Cisco security products including Cisco Secure Client (VPN), ASA Firewalls, and Next Generation Firewalls (NGFW)
• Hands-on experience with advanced Cisco security solutions such as Firepower, AMP, and FTD
• Proficiency with Cisco IPS/IDS products and IPsec & SSL VPN technologies
• Experience working across multiple operating systems including Windows, Mac, and Linux
• Knowledge of Cisco ACS & ISE is advantageous but not mandatory
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
