Work Type: Remote (Colombia-based, open to Colombian citizens only).
Contract type: Permanent, 2-month trial period.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 17:00, CST. Colombia Holiday Calendar is usually observed.
Salary: COP 84–98 million/year (14 wages, social benefits included) + Perks Package.

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and REST APIs using .NET (C#), SQL Server, and MySQL.
- Ensure code is clean, secure, and easy to test and maintain.
- Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Work closely with project teams to keep delivery smooth, aligned, and on time.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- Two years of coding experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in JavaScript, .NET (C#), MySQL, SQL Server and Docker.
- Experience designing and building REST APIs.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- English: Intermediate (B1+), able to communicate in work-related conversations.
VALUABLE EXTRAS
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, GraphQL, and Kubernetes.
- Full-stack experience, including front-end frameworks like React or
- Knowledge and practice of SCRUM or DevOps methodologies.
