AI Engineer - Voice & Agentic Systems (GraphRAG)

Contract | 3–6 Months (Extension Based on Performance)

We are building a voice-enabled, agentic AI investment platform designed for complex, high-stakes decision environments.

The core architecture is Advanced GraphRAG, enabling AI agents to reason over structured relationships, provenance, and context—not just retrieve text.

This role is for an engineer who already understands traditional RAG and reasoning agents as a baseline, and is excited to apply those concepts to graph-based retrieval and voice-driven workflows.

You will work hands-on building production-grade agent systems, supported by open-source materials and reference architectures to accelerate development.

What You'll Do

  • Build
    reasoning AI agents
    using GraphRAG (knowledge graphs + retrieval)
  • Develop
    voice-enabled agent workflows
    (speech → reasoning → structured output)
  • Design
    advanced RAG pipelines
    (graph + vector retrieval)
  • Implement
    tool calling, memory, and agent orchestration
  • Work hands-on with production-grade agent systems

Required Experience

  • Strong understanding of
    traditional RAG
    (embeddings, vector DBs, retrieval strategies)
  • Experience with
    agentic AI systems
    (planning, tool use, memory, control loops)
  • Hands-on
    LLM-centric development
  • Ability to design, debug, and iterate non-deterministic systems

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge graphs or GraphRAG experience
  • Entity extraction and relationship modeling
  • Voice, speech-to-text, or conversational AI experience

Tech Stack (Flexible)

  • Python or TypeScript
  • Open-source RAG & agent frameworks
  • Graph & vector databases
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
