Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Barranquilla. The Parrillero will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality cuts of meat to meet the restaurant's standards. Key daily tasks include overseeing grilling and cooking operations, ensuring food safety and cleanliness, managing ingredients efficiently, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a memorable dining experience for guests. The Parrillero will work closely with the kitchen and service teams to maintain the integrity of the establishment's culinary reputation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking techniques, with a focus on grilling and meat handling
- Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Previous experience as a parrillero or cook in a similar establishment is highly desirable
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
