Key Responsibilities:
- Desing user-centered services for RDC Americas using methodologies such as design thinking and service blueprint.
- Identify processes suitable for automation and lead their implementation (e.g. Power Automate, Alteryx)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, Scrum or similar methodologies.
- Manage innovation project from ideation to implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and offices to ensure adoption of solutions
- Track and report KPIs relates to transformation and innovation
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with Global stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- 4 to 6 years in roles related to automation, innovation, continuous improvement, or service design.
- A degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computing Science, or related field
- Some education in Service Design is desirable.
- Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, UiPath, Zapier, etc.).
- Knowledge of service design methodologies (Design Thinking, Customer Journey Mapping).
- English proficiency (B2 or higher).
- Project management knowledge (Agile or traditional).
- Desirable certifications in Lean Six Sigma or similar.
- Other characteristics: accurate, self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team, deadline driven and able to maintain a portfolio of clients
