Como Project Leader en Mercado Libre, establecerás las bases que permitirán que nuestro ecosistema MELI se comunique eficazmente con los usuarios a través de canales como chat y llamadas. Trabajarás en un entorno dinámico, utilizando tecnología de vanguardia y buenas prácticas de ingeniería, con el propósito de simplificar la experiencia del usuario en una de las plataformas de e-commerce más grandes de América Latina. Imagínate liderando proyectos desafiantes, dinámicos e innovadores y siendo responsable de: Liderar la ejecución end-to-end de proyectos de IA y software: alcance, roadmap, hitos, riesgos, calidad y dependencias. Planificar y operar el delivery ágil: estimaciones, seguimiento de sprints, prioridades, y reporting en Jira. Coordinar al equipo técnico y facilitar decisiones de implementación en soluciones con RAG y embeddings, asegurando entregables medibles. Definir y monitorear métricas del proyecto/producto avance, throughput, lead/cycle time, calidad, adopción con tableros en Tableau y/o Looker Studio. Asegurar observabilidad y operación de las soluciones, deseable: Grafana, Datadog y/o New Relic) y comunicación clara con stakeholders. ¿Qué buscamos en vos? Experiencia liderando proyectos de desarrollo con metodologías ágiles: Scrum/Kanban, gestión de backlog y ceremonias. Conocimiento básico en lenguajes de programación: Python, Java y Go. Experiencia con arquitecturas Fullstack usando frameworks como Spring Boot, Fast API y/o Flask Manejo de datos y Storage: PostgreSQL/MySQL y/o NoSQL, DynamoDB + Object Storage en AWS o GCP.
