We are supporting an international client in recruiting a high-performing Account Manager to join their Abroad division  a digital platform that connects universities, corporations, and organizations managing international mobility programs for students and professionals.

Our client is a fast-growing tech-driven organization specializing in digital mobility solutions. Their mission is to simplify the experience of studying, working, or relocating abroad through technology, housing integration, and data-driven services.

With operations in Europe, LATAM, and North America, they collaborate with some of the most prestigious universities, business schools, and corporate mobility programs worldwide.

About the Role

As Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end B2B sales cycle from identifying potential partners and leading meetings to closing contracts, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring long-term retention.

You will develop strong relationships with universities, corporations, and government entities, understanding their specific needs and offering tailored digital solutions.

This position combines strategic sales, relationship management, and business expansion, requiring a professional who is proactive, analytical, and passionate about international education and global partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage qualified leads (SQLs) and hold high-level meetings with universities, corporations, and institutions.

  • Develop and deliver customized proposals aligned with client needs.

  • Negotiate and close B2B contracts, ensuring seamless implementation.

  • Provide ongoing account support, issue resolution, and client success monitoring.

  • Identify upselling opportunities and expansion to new markets or campuses.

  • Share insights with the product team to improve platform features and service quality.

  • Represent the company at international fairs and conferences (NAFSA, EAIE, APAIE, etc.).

Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or partnerships, preferably with universities, SaaS companies, or educational institutions.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with multicultural stakeholders.

  • Fluent in English 

  • Availability to travel occasionally for meetings and events.

  • Self-driven, performance-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
