On-site – Poblado Medellín, Colombia - Walking Distance from Metro

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM (COT)

Type:
Full-Time, Contractor (Self-Employed)

Compensation:
USD $850/month

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused
Customer Service Representative & Sales Executive
to join our Colombia-based team. If you're a strong communicator who enjoys advising customers, solving problems, and closing deals, this is an opportunity to grow with a respected U.S. brand while working from Medellín.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat

Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and availability

Use a solution-based sales approach to support customer needs

Coordinate internally to ensure smooth case, account, and order handling

Maintain organized and accurate client records

Assist with reporting, quotations, scheduling, and payment follow-ups

What You Bring

Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken)

Experience in customer service and/or sales (call center or fast-paced environment preferred)

Tech-savvy and confident using Zoho CRM & online tools

Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

Able to legally work as a self-employed contractor in Colombia


Bonus:
Prior experience in the solar industry
or
personal experience with solar systems or electrical work
