Your Mission
As a Treasury Leader, you will inspire, guide, and coordinate the Bank and Intercompany (BIC) team to ensure a proactive and efficient financial operation. You will play a key role in strengthening and optimizing treasury processes, including bank reconciliations and intercompany transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full alignment with Atlas Copco's global standards.
Beyond managing day to day operations, you will empower your team to grow, drive continuous improvement, and uphold excellence in compliance, control, and financial integrity. Your leadership will help shape a treasury function that not only supports the business but also drives its success across regions.
Tus responsabilidades serán:
Gestionar las operaciones diarias del equipo de Banca e Intercompañías
Preparar y ejecutar las propuestas de pago
Realizar los pagos urgentes/manuales
Manter la compensación diaria de todos los pagos salientes correspondientes
Realizar la conciliación de cuentas relacionadas con BIC
Realizar el seguimiento de ICE (plataforma de facturas Intercompañías)
Asegurar la compensación de pagos, imputación y conciliación
Supervisar a los especialistas BIC (formación, evaluación, desarrollo individual)
Establecer y mantener activamente una estrecha relación de trabajo con todas las partes interesadas (OTC, Centro de Clientes, P&I).
Requisitos y conocimientos:
- Inglés intermedio–avanzado (B2+ / C1) – requisito excluyente. (requerido para la interacción continua con equipos internacionales, entrevistas y capacitaciones.
(Se realizará prueba y entrevista en inglés). - Profesional en áreas afines al sector financiero.
- Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Office.
- Conocimiento avanzado de SAP.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo, con enfoque en la autogestión y proactividad.
- Amplia experiencia en gestión de personal y liderazgo de equipos.
Experiencia:
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia liderando equipos de Treasury.
- Deseable experiencia en entornos financieros o centros de servicios compartidos.
- Normatividad contable
- Manejo de diferentes monedas exchange rate, conciliaciones Intercompañías, procesos de netting, tesorería en multinacionales.
