Core Responsibilities:

• Design User-Centered Experiences:

You'll be responsible for the full design lifecycle, from user research and wireframing to creating high-fidelity mockups and prototypes. Your focus will be on delivering intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital products.
- Collaborate and Communicate:

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical constraints. You'll present your design concepts, articulate your decisions, and incorporate feedback throughout the design process.
- Maintain Design Systems:

You'll help to maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across all products. This includes creating and documenting reusable components, styles, and patterns that will be used by the entire team.
- Conduct User Research:

You will assist in planning and executing user research activities, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Champion UX Best Practices:

You will advocate for user-centered design principles and help the team follow best practices for accessibility, usability, and visual design.

Must Have Requirements:

• Experience:

At least
3-5 years of hands-on experience

as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on a variety of digital products.
- Web response design and mobile app design are MUST HAVE requirements.
- Design Tools Proficiency:

You must be highly proficient with modern design and prototyping with
Figma.

Sketch, or Adobe XD are nice to have, but not required.. You should also be comfortable with collaboration tools and project management software.
- User Research Skills:

You have a solid understanding of user research methodologies and can conduct user interviews, create personas, and perform usability testing with guidance.
- Portfolio of Work:

A strong online portfolio is required. It should demonstrate your end-to-end design process, from problem-solving and research to final visual design and interactive prototypes.

- Communication & Collaboration:

You must have strong verbal and written communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively within a cross-functional, Agile team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education:

Bachelor's degree or work experience equivalent

in a related field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a similar discipline.
- Animation and Motion Design:

Experience with tools like After Effects or Lottie to create animations and micro-interactions that enhance the user experience.
- HTML/CSS/JavaScript Knowledge:

A basic understanding of front-end development technologies is a plus. This helps you to communicate more effectively with engineers and understand technical constraints.
- Accessibility Standards:

Familiarity with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) and a commitment to designing inclusive products for all users.
- Data-Driven Design:

Experience using data and analytics to inform design decisions and measure the impact of your work.
- Mentorship:

A desire to mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative learning environment.
