FINANCE SHARED SERVICE ANALYST
Job description:
The Accounts Payable Accounting Analyst is responsible for ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely execution of the end-to-end accounts payable process, from invoice receipt to payment execution. This role is critical to maintaining accounting integrity, tax compliance, and strong supplier relationships, directly contributing to the financial and operational stability of the organization.
In addition to technical expertise, the role requires strong soft skills such as proactivity, attention to detail, efficiency, and problem-solving abilities. The analyst must be capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating ownership and accountability in daily operations. A continuous improvement mindset and adaptability to change are essential to support process optimization and automation initiatives within the Shared Services Center, in alignment with the broader goals of the finance function.
Main Responsibilities:
General
· Entering documents and invoices in internal accounting and reporting programs
· Doing general administrative and financial affairs
· Keeping various records and statistics
· Working under the mentorship and supervision of financial associates and / or managers
· Following bookkeeping and auditing processes and procedures in performing its tasks
· Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements
· Developing and improving the reports it extracts from business databases
· Entering data into the company's financial systems
· Doing other tasks ordered by the manager
Specific
· Recording supplier invoices
· Recording payments to suppliers
· Reconciling supplier account statements
· Reconciling and recording credit cards
· Maintaining and monitoring AP aging
· Reconciling ledgers vs. subledgers
· Executing and monitoring approval matrices for receiving and approving supplier invoices
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field. Or University student last semesters
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Proficiency in financial software (Microsoft dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• 2 years of experience in General Accounting P2P and experience in SSC.
Language:
• Proficiency in English is required (Intermedium).
