About the Role:

We are seeking a
Database Manager
with strong expertise in
SAP Business One technical support
, database administration (SQL and HANA), and infrastructure management. Experience with
BEAS Manufacturing
and
Produmex WMS
is highly desirable. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with deep technical knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage cloud and on-premise environments efficiently while ensuring the stability and performance of SAP B1 systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Database Administration:

  1. Administration and maintenance of
    SQL Server
    ,
    HANA
    , and
    Sybase
    databases.
  2. Design, implement, and manage
    backup
    and
    maintenance plans
    for SAP B1 environments.
  3. Perform comprehensive
    testing
    ,
    performance tuning
    , and
    administration
    of HANA and SQL systems.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve
    database corruption
    and performance issues.

SAP Business One Technical Support:

  1. Provide advanced support for
    Master Data Management
    (Item Master, Business Partners, BOMs, etc.).
  2. Assist in
    SAP B1 configurations
    , parameter settings, and system setups.
  3. Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate
    software bugs
    ,
    performance bottlenecks
    , and system errors.
  4. Support and maintain user roles, authorizations, and license assignments.
  5. Install, upgrade, and patch
    SAP Business One
    and related add-ons.

Infrastructure and Cloud Management:

  1. Manage and monitor
    cloud
    and
    on-premise
    environments using
    VMWare
    and
    Orion Platform
    .
  2. Administer and maintain
    Linux
    and
    Windows
    servers.
  3. Perform
    infrastructure sizing
    and capacity planning following SAP standards.
  4. Plan and execute
    system migrations
    and
    upgrades
    from on-premise to cloud.
  5. Monitor and support
    networking
    issues impacting SAP B1 and database access.

Reporting and Development:

  1. Develop reports using
    Crystal Reports
    and complex
    SQL queries
    .
  2. Provide reporting support for
    BEAS Manufacturing
    and
    Produmex WMS
    (plus).

Incident and Capacity Management:

  1. Detect and solve
    infrastructure-related issues
    such as database capacity, server failures, and storage bottlenecks.
  2. Proactively monitor system health and recommend preventive actions.
  3. Create and maintain detailed documentation for system setups, incidents, and solutions.

Requirements:

Education:

  1. Bachelor's or Technical Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

  1. Strong expertise in
    SAP Business One technical support
    and
    database administration
    .
  2. Mastery of
    SQL Server
    and
    HANA
    database environments.
  3. Knowledge of
    BEAS Manufacturing
    and/or
    Produmex WMS
    (preferred but not mandatory).
  4. Experience managing
    VMWare
    ,
    Linux
    , and
    Windows
    servers.
  5. Experience detecting
    software bugs
    ,
    configuration issues
    , and
    infrastructure failures
    .
  6. Network monitoring and troubleshooting expertise.

Certifications and Training (Preferred):

  1. SAP HANA Administration Course.
  2. SQL Server Administration Course.

Other Skills:

  1. Development of Crystal Reports and SQL Queries.
  2. Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
  3. Team player with excellent organizational and planning skills.
