Your role at Clorox:
The HR Business Partner CCAM is accountable for providing strategic HR business partnership and integration across the CCAM cluster. The role partners closely with Leaders to translate business priorities into effective people strategies.This position strengthens HR governance, anticipates labor and talent risks, and ensures consistent execution across countries and plants, while enabling strong local delivery through SC HR Leads. The role does not manage day-to-day HR operations nor directly manage staff, acting instead as the strategic connector between business needs and HR execution.
In this role, you will:
Strategy Execution
- Contribute to the development and execution of the CCAM people strategy aligned with regional and global direction.
- Translate business priorities into integrated people initiatives.
- Support the HR Director in senior stakeholder management and decision-making
HR Consulting / Business Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to address organizational, talent, and labor challenges.
- Provide strategic coaching and guidance to leaders and managers.
- Anticipate people and organizational risks and proactively address them.
- Ensure alignment of HR priorities across countries and functions.
Talent & Leadership Effectiveness
- Consolidate a comprehensive network for campus recruitment and employer branding.
- Collaborate to ensure the proper selection of the best talent in the market coordinating with Talent Acquisition group
- Drive the cluster – wide talent agenda including succession planning, leadership capabilities and critical roles
- Partner with leaders o identify talent risk and development priorities
- Ensure effective deployment of regional and global talent initiatives
Engagement , Alignment, communication & networking
- Be an employee advocate and active listener.
- Engagement survey logistics and post analysis.
- Implement engagement programs & actions plans at local level
- Continuous engagement monitoring and improvement through creative activities.
- Develop and implement wellness programs to promote life quality (recognition, benefits, etc.)
Employee Relations & Labor Risk Management
- Partner with local HR teams to support labor relations strategy and mitigate risk.
- Anticipate and manage employee relations and compliance issues.
- Coordinate with Legal and ER resources on complex or sensitive cases.
- Promote preventive approaches over reactive interventions.
Compensation & Benefits
- Coordinate local teams aligned with compensation process for administrative employees
- Locally support the compensation process: Merit increase, AIP, SAC and LTI
- Support managers in the promotions and salary adjustments
- Ensure alignment in benefits and compensation programs
- Support the Hiring Manager to Extend the offer letter to the final candidate
HR Governance & Integration
- Strengthen governance and ensure consistent application of HR practices across the CCAM cluster.
- Align and integrate country-level HR execution through SC HR Leads (matrix partnership, no direct reporting line).
- Act as escalation and integration point for cross-country HR topics.
ICC
- Develop POC for local counsel and Clorox legal.
- Develop SOX assessments
- Develop and update local BCP
- Develop and update HR policies & procedures in order to achieve business objectives and be in compliance (ICC).
- Collaborate Managers to Update the job descriptions and critical process procedures, based on ICC requirement.
What we look for:
Years and Type of Experience:
- 5 to 8 years in HR in multi-national environment
- At least 4 years as HRBP
- Comfortable working in matrix organization and dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Flexibility in dealing with ambiguity and ah-hoc requests
