CRM ecosystem in HubSpot
, designed to simplify operations, enhance investor experiences, and bring greater efficiency to every financial transaction. The goal is to create a seamless, technology-driven platform that removes friction and empowers smarter decision-making across the organization.
The team is seeking a full-time
HubSpot Developer
to take ownership of building, optimizing, and integrating the company's HubSpot environment — connecting data, automating workflows, and aligning CRM processes with business goals. This role will be instrumental in creating the foundation for scalable automation and cross-platform integrations.

What You'll Do
- Build, optimize, and maintain a highly customized HubSpot CRM (Sales, Marketing, and Operations Hubs).
- Design and implement automated workflows for lead routing, deal tracking, and cross-team communication.
- Integrate HubSpot with external tools such as DocuSign, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other internal systems.
- Create custom dashboards, reports, and data structures to drive strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with tax equity, investor relations, and capital markets teams to map process automations and ensure CRM alignment with business goals.
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and data integrity across the HubSpot environment.
What You Need
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM development and administration.
- Strong skills in
workflow automation, data management, and HubSpot API integrations. - Proven experience integrating HubSpot with third-party systems (e.g., DocuSign, Teams, SharePoint, ClickUp, Slack).
- Solid understanding of
CRM data models
, reporting, and performance optimization. - Ability to
own the entire HubSpot ecosystem
, from strategy to execution, aligning CRM processes with business outcomes. - English: Fluent / Advanced
Nice to Have
- Azure certifications: AI Engineer, Power Platform Developer (PL-400), or Dynamics Developer (MB-400) for potential future integrations.
- Experience with data pipelines or ETL tools like Azure Data Factory.
- Experience with
AI tools
that help automate or optimize HubSpot workflows. - Background in
real estate investment, financial services, or operations-focused environments.

- The position is immediately available.
- Remote in Colombia.
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (+/- 1 hour accepted) - Colombia Time Zone.
