We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who loves making platforms fly and helping clients succeed. This isn't a back-room role; you are the guardian of our clients' digital success.Your primary mission is to keep client websites online all the time and make them run FAST—at both the application and infrastructure levels.

What are you expected to do?

Working in a team of thought leaders, your skills will be used to:

• Keep client sites online all the time
• Make client websites run FAST at the application and infra level
• Provide time zone support to critical issues
• Help inform our Product direction
• Understand customer requirements and project KPIs
• Implement various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
• Review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project
• Manage stakeholders and external interfaces
• Troubleshoot and fix code bugs
• Encourage and build automated processes wherever possible
• Identify and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management
• Provide a high level of service by continually building your current skill set with a hunger for new knowledge and increasing understanding of the Dataweavers product
• Undertake other duties as directed and required to meet operational needs.

You'll be a great fit if:

• You have 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced DevOps and Agile environment, with hands-on experience using modern DevOps tooling.
• You have deep experience managing the infrastructure, build pipelines, and performance for complex .NET Framework and .NET Core applications.

• You have direct experience with Sitecore infrastructure or a similar .NET-based Digital Experience Platform (DXP). This is a major advantage.

• You have deep, hands-on experience architecting and configuring Azure services (RBAC, Web Apps, Function Apps, SQL PaaS, Front Door, V-Nets).

• You are a pro at Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Azure ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
• You write expert-level PowerShell scripts, particularly with Az modules.
• You have mastered Azure DevOps (ADO), and can confidently author, configure, and manage complex build and release pipelines.
• You operate with a 'security-first' mindset, with hands-on skills in Azure Key Vault and Azure Active Directory.
• You are proficient with Git and understand enterprise branching strategies.
• You have experience managing Cloudflare for DNS, security, and caching.
• You are familiar with monitoring and logging tools like Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Grafana.
• You have a working knowledge of code quality and security scanning tools (e.g., SonarQube, Checkmarx, Fortify).

You'll Really Stand Out If...

• You hold a Microsoft AZ-400 (DevOps Engineer Expert) certification.
• You have experience with Kubernetes (K8s) cluster and application management.
• You have a working understanding of running applications and writing TypeScript.
• You are used to working with collaboration tools like Zendesk, Confluence, and Lucid.

• You'll go through 3–4 interviews plus a possible assessment with our client partner. This includes an initial chat, a culture-fit interview, and 1–2 conversations with our awesome client. The whole process usually takes 1–2 weeks, but we'll let you know if things need to move quicker.
