LatAm - Lead FullStack .Net + Javascript (React/Angular) Developer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Fullstack Developer to join our growing team in LATAM.

As a Lead Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including estimation, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of applications developed for our clients. Working within a collaborative team environment, you will take technical direction from Solution Architects and other team Leads to drive development activities and deliver exceptional results.

• Participate in technical planning and requirements gathering, including design, coding, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of complex web applications.
• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using .NET Core (C#) for the backend and modern JavaScript frameworks (such as Angular or React) with TypeScript for the frontend.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices for software development, including performance optimization, security, and code scalability.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring seamless integration between backend and frontend systems.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, ensuring efficient data management and querying.
• Implement and maintain frontend state management solutions (e.g., NgRx, Redux, RxJS).
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create responsive, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for deployment and process automation.
• Stay updated with modern development trends and best practices within the .NET and JavaScript ecosystems to drive continuous improvement.

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack development, with extensive experience in .NET Core (C#) and a modern JavaScript framework (Angular or React).
• Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript is a mandatory requirement.
• Strong proficiency in ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and LINQ for backend development.
• Proven experience developing complex, component-based frontend applications using Angular or React.
• Experience with state management libraries such as NgRx or RxJS is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and software design patterns.
• Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB and ORM tools like Entity Framework or Dapper.
• Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and adhering to DevOps best practices.
• Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing frameworks.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and investigative skills, with the ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
• A self-starter attitude with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
