What You'll Do (in future roles)
Design and maintain scalable data pipelines for batch and real-time processingDevelop ETL workflows to transform and consolidate data from multiple sourcesIntegrate APIs, databases, and cloud services into unified data systemsCollaborate with analysts, data scientists, and engineers to ensure reliable data deliveryImplement data quality checks and monitoring frameworksEnsure compliance with data governance and security requirementsContribute to improvements in performance, reliability, and scalabilitySupport data modeling and architecture decisionsWhat You'll Bring
3+ years of experience in data engineeringProficiency in Python, Scala, or Java for data pipeline developmentExperience with ETL tools and orchestration frameworks (e.g., Airflow, DBT)Strong SQL skills and familiarity with both relational and NoSQL databasesExperience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)Familiarity with distributed processing frameworks (e.g., Spark)Solid understanding of data security and compliance requirementsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsPreferred Experience
Familiarity with Kafka or similar streaming toolsExperience with data warehousing solutions like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQueryKnowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or related container technologiesExposure to data lakehouse architectures or modern data platformsWhy Join Our Talent Pool
