Purpose of the Position

Responsible of leading the team with the objective of offering a better service related to legal requirements and SAP daily business activities in Latam region. Manage regional and global SAP projects, rollouts and migration to S/4HANA for Finance module. In charge of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Organize and prioritize team workload

Teamwork at global level with GPC and IT departments

Consulting of the regional companies with regards to the global Finance processes in SAP

Interaction with other modules CO / MM / SD / Concur / ITC

Team member or project lead for global S/4 HANA projects

Manage administrative tasks as vacations, family days, licences and benefits

Do mentoring to senior / semi senior / junior colleagues

Provide frequent feedback to each member of the team related to the professional growth

Manage talent by using 9Box tool and creating Development Plans

Participation in Management Committees, Board of Directors and other relevant meetings with CFOs, VPS, etc
