We are hiring a full-time Customer Support Representative role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize workflow given by the Sales Team
  • Identify parts and how to find/source them
  • Enter quote details including vendor info in Quantum (Inventory Software)
  • Ongoing maintenance of company database with client's current information
  • Assist Account Team with order entry and open order management
  • Provide backup resource when Account Team member is out of the office
  • Key sales orders for contract accounts into Quantum

Expected Results (Output):

  • Ensure quotes are handled quickly
  • Ensure that clients' orders be shipped on time
  • Effectively manage time across several tasks

Qualifications:

  • Customer service focused and oriented
  • Good and understanding clients' needs and requirements
  • Good at working under pressure/deadlines
  • Detailed understanding of how company culture's work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Pro-active
  • Good at multi-tasking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Pleasant and friendly on the phone and emails
  • Bilingual.

Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma
  • Self-motivated and enjoys an office environment
