Descripción del cargo:

Como Practicante de Recursos Humanos, el rol es fundamental apoyando al equipo en diversos frentes y procesos. También es un rol que colabora a nivel regional, brindando soporte al equipo de la región CASA.  

Funciones, obligaciones, actividades:

  • Apoyo en Iniciativas de Bienestar: Colaborar en el diseño, implementación, ejecución  y seguimiento de programas de bienestar para los empleados, incluyendo actividades de salud, equilibrio trabajo-vida, y eventos internos.

  • Revisión de Beneficios: Apoyar en la evaluación y análisis de los beneficios ofrecidos a los empleados, identificando oportunidades de mejora y colaborando en la comunicación efectiva de estos beneficios.

  • Marca Empleadora: Contribuir en la implementación de estrategias de marca empleadora, apoyando en campañas de comunicación interna y externa, redes sociales y eventos para atraer y retener talento.

  • Soporte Administrativo: Asistir en tareas administrativas diarias del área de Recursos Humanos, como la gestión de documentos, actualización de bases de datos, seguimiento de métricas, y coordinación de reuniones.

  • Entrenamientos a Nivel Regional: Apoyar en la organización y ejecución de programas de capacitación y entrenamiento para el equipo regional, incluyendo la logística, seguimiento y evaluación de resultados.

  • Gestión de Comunicación Interna: Participar en la creación de contenido y distribución de boletines, anuncios, y otros materiales de comunicación interna.

  • Colaboración en Proyectos Especiales: Apoyar en proyectos transversales del departamento.

Calificaciones mínimas (educación, experiencia y/o entrenamiento, certificaciones requeridas):

  • Estudiante de últimos semestres con aprobación de parte de la universidad para hacer su practica.

  • Interés en el desarrollo de una carrera en Recursos Humanos.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.

  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y gestionar múltiples tareas.

  • Creatividad y proactividad para proponer ideas y soluciones.

  • Organización y atención al detalle.

  • Conocimientos básicos de Microsoft (Excel, Word,PowerPoint)
