We are hiring an Evening/Night Airport Guest Experience & Operations Coordinator to support travelers arriving between late afternoon and midnight. You will be the primary on-site representative during this window, ensuring every guest receives a smooth, safe, and welcoming arrival experience.

Position Summary

You will manage evening/night airport operations, greet travelers, coordinate with drivers, track flights, communicate with passengers, and support tour messaging and internal tasks during slower periods. This role requires excellent customer service, strong English, fast thinking, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Airport Coordination

  • Welcome travelers as they exit the arrivals area with a professional, friendly presence.
  • Hold signage, assist guests, and escort them to their assigned driver.
  • Communicate with travelers via WhatsApp/SMS in English and Spanish.
  • Track flights, delays, and changes in real time.
  • Ensure every passenger has a smooth, safe, and comfortable arrival.

Operations & Dispatch

  • Coordinate and adjust driver assignments based on flight changes.
  • Maintain accurate ride logs, CRM entries, and end-of-shift notes.
  • Communicate clearly with drivers and hand off information to the next shift.

Tour Messaging & Sales Support (During Low-Volume Hours)

  • Respond to traveler messages about tours and experiences.
  • Provide information, answer questions, and assist with tour booking flow.
  • Coordinate with the tours team regarding upcoming reservations.

General Operations & Support

  • Help update internal SOPs and operational checklists.
  • Review and organize driver documentation (license, SOAT, insurance, photos).
  • Assist with CRM updates and next-day preparation tasks.

Requirements

  • Conversational English (B2+) and fluent Spanish.
  • Professional, friendly communication style.
  • Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently at the airport.
  • Able to work Thursday–Monday, 4pm–12am without exceptions.
  • Confident using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and mobile apps.
  • Experience in hospitality, tourism, airport operations, or customer service is a plus.
