a data-driven marketing agency that helps brands build stronger customer relationships through deep insights and creative strategy, we are looking for two Mid-Level Designers who are passionate about bringing creative ideas to life.

We are searching for visual storytellers with a passion for flawless execution to join our team in Colombia, supporting global creative efforts for OPMG. This role is ideal for a
hands-on designer
who values strong craftsmanship, attention to detail, and high-quality execution, and who enjoys turning established creative concepts into
functional, production-ready design
across multiple communication channels.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute visual designs and layouts from concept to final delivery.
  • Translate creative direction and brand guidelines into high-quality, on-brand design solutions.
  • Deliver accurate, polished work on time and within estimated hours.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and creative partners to organize and execute assignments.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining consistent quality.
  • Proactively communicate workload, capacity, and progress.

What we're looking for

  • 3–5 years of experience as a designer, ideally in an agency environment, with a strong portfolio of work for real brands.
  • Advanced proficiency in
    Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
    .
  • Working knowledge of
    Figma and/or XD
    ;
    After Effects
    is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, ownership of work, and ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
  • A proactive, self-motivated team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency (
    B2+
    ) — daily work is conducted in English.
