Ophthalmology Account Executive – Santanderes

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven professional to execute our promotion, sales, and distribution strategy for medical devices, supplies, and other ophthalmic products — strengthening the company's presence and position in the market.


Location:
Santanderes

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly contact and visit doctors, potential partners, and institutions to identify and pursue business opportunities in line with company goals and plans.
  • Manage customer and sales data accurately and promptly in
    CRM (Salesforce)
    .
  • Achieve minimum performance standards defined by headquarters (budget, evaluations, new customers, number of visits, and more).

Requirements

  • Technologist or professional in
    administrative careers
    or preferably in
    health-related fields
    .
  • Training in ophthalmological procedures
    .
  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in sales, account management, or ophthalmology-related roles.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in
    sales platforms
    and tracking
    commercial KPIs
    .
  • High sense of
    responsibility, commitment,
    and ability to maintain focus under pressure.
  • Excellent
    customer service orientation
    .
  • Schedule:
    Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
